Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Serves 8
Roasted veggies always taste great. This is a basic recipe that tastes great and is a nice break from the usual steamed broccoli. The suggestion comes courtesy of my sister.

1 heads of broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
olive oil
salt
pepper
1t herbs de provence (optional)

Directions


1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Toss generously with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
3. Cook for 25 minutes until broccoli begins to brown. Serve immediately or at room temperature.


Notes: This dish is just as good, but less colorful if it is made with only one vegetable.
